The mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin on a personal website answered questions about the city budget.

1. Landscaping. The share of expenditures on housing, including "My street", the Moscow budget has not increased, but decreased by almost a quarter. In 2010, costs amounted to 17% of the budget. The next few years — about 15%. In the budget for 2018 laid down 13%.

2. Social policy. The spending on social services. protection of Muscovites in the draft budget for 2018 compared with 2010 increased by 1.8 times. The most important social benefits over the years has increased from 2 to 5 times.
For example, significantly increased the child allowance to low-income families, especially for children from 0 to 3 years. In 2010 had to pay a symbolic 750 rubles per month. From 2018, will pay from 4 to 15 thousand rubles.

3. Education. According to budget statistics, the education financing increased from 2010 to 2018 by 1.5 times, and it's really lower than overall growth of budget expenditures. The average salary of Moscow teachers today is 82 thousand rubles, and in 2010 was 39 thousand. I.e., increased 2.1 times.

4. Health. Today, the Moscow medicine is financed from the city budget and Fund OMS 50/50. Thus, the total healthcare costs will be in 2018 already 410 billion. By the end of this year the average salary of doctors in urban hospitals will reach 114 thousand. And in 2010 it amounted to 56 thousand, i.e. increase in 2 times.

5. Renovation. The money allocated 400 billion roubles until 2020. The first tranche will be credited to the account of the Fund the renovation this year.
Defined 210 launch pads, 12 houses for resettlement have been built in the beginning of 2018 they will move to the first settlers.
