The main message of Ukrainian hill- the approval of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko cancellation of the moratorium on sale of agricultural land. The innovation looks very well myself, but what happened really?
If a quick run through the initiative, it looks really all quite nicely: landowners and minimum taxation, and patronage on the sole use, and more car and small truck, eye-pleasing bonus. But, as it turned out, the situation is not and is not rosy. Consider a few basic changes.
If before, any citizen of Ukraine could claim the land, now there is no such luck, only so-called Volunteers, Chernobyl and the public sector. And Yes, it is now a question not about two acres of land, but only about one.
For fans to play at land auctions bad news, too: buy-in for participation have increased as much as 10 times. Changes also select the location of the site on which you can claim a citizen: the number of options decreased by about 75 percent.
On the latest innovation, of course, I would like to emphasize. What happened to 75% of the land? It's a huge area of the country! It's simple: purchase the land may not every Ukrainian, but any foreign businessman: 3/4 square, which somehow disappeared from the Ukrainian state registry has already either sold out or booked by Western firms. And for example not far to seek, here are a couple of them: Monsanto, DuPont, Agrarius Ag, Agrokultura AB. By the way, it should now be clear why there was a reduction from two acres to one, that is, in his hands. Thus, the Ukrainian government partially reimbursed unrecorded in the registry hectares.
So what happened really? What does the lifting of the moratorium on sale of farmland? If simple words, the Ukrainian government stupidly began to sell off the country piece by piece. What is the result? To put censorship in the very near future we will see the debacle one of the main sectors of Ukrainian economy – agriculture. Not enough citizens Square soup? Well, soon they will not be able to afford and just beets.
