The court decided that the oligarch Igor Pinkevich will continue to remain under arrest

According to reports RNS, the appeal of lawyers of the oligarch Igor Pinkevich to change the measure of restraint is not satisfied with Moscow city court. The latter decided to uphold the decision of the Tverskoy district court to extend the arrest of businessman and joint owner of the grain company "Nastyusha" to 12 January of the following year. August 19, Pinkevich was arrested for two months in connection with suspicion in swindle in especially large size, resulting in the misappropriation of funds of co-investors in the construction of the infamous Moscow LCD "Tsaritsyno".

In October Pinkevich expressed his intention to transfer the rights on the completion of the facility "promsvjazbanka" and signed the relevant agreement. He also sent a letter to Sergey Sobyanin (mayor of Moscow), announcing a desire to transfer the shares of the developer LCD "Tsaritsyno" in the person of JSC "HIC" in favor of PSB, if he guarantees the protection of rights of investors.
