The problem of "Promsvyazbank" threatened "ARIA-AIF"

On the morning of 15 December, the information Agency with reference to press release of the Central Bank reported that PSB introduced a temporary administration, functions which are entrusted to the Foundation consolidation of the banking sector, which will deal with the reorganization of the Bank. Thus, PSB became the third of the largest Russian banking institutions, which will be sanitized according to the new mechanism (the first two, which took FKB is "FC Opening" and b & n).

It is known that a few days ago, the Central Bank demanded from the PSB to increase reserves by about 100 billion rubles. Given that funds for this at the PSB there, his co-owner and Chairman of the Board Dmitry Ananiev was hoping to negotiate with the Central Bank, but as it has now become clear, he failed.

It is clear that for decision-making on reorganization of the Central Bank had a very serious reason and it is not known what the outcome of this story. But many customers who use the loans to PSB, which by the way, in the list of systemically important credit institutions, have panic or near-panic.

One of these clients is a large distributor of printed materials "ARIA-AIF". According to some, at the end of 2016 outstanding loans PSB this company was about 800 million rubles, the Bank subsidized the activities in the sum about 15 million roubles a month. The money went to pay off the damages, for participation in the auction for trading places, for the payment of interest on loans. It is clear, what not from good life "ARIA-AIF" took the money in debt, accumulating tens of millions of rubles of interest payments. But now that the subsidies from the PSB, most likely, will cease, distributor Shine is not just hard times, but a real bankruptcy.

It is a pity, of course, but the victims in the case of bankruptcy of "ARIA-AIF" will be publishers who will not wait for their money given for the distribution of products.

It is hoped that the leadership of "ARIA-AIF" will find ways to save the business and new sources of funding.
