Saint Petersburg, 07 Nov 2017. In respect of the only national carrier of St. Petersburg to operate scheduled flights on international routes – the company "AP-1" – 100% daughter company "passazhiravtotrans" initiated bankruptcy proceedings. The company has introduced surveillance: interim Manager appointed a St. Petersburg lawyer, expert on bankruptcy and arbitration management Konstantin Ashikhmin.
According to representatives of "Passazhiravtotrans", the reason for filing for bankruptcy was the debt, "AP-1", 9.6 million rubles incurred in connection with the failure of the contracts concluded with the parent company.
During monitoring procedures, the interim Manager needs to identify their debtor's property, and to determine the reasons of loss of solvency.
During the observation of all creditors having rights of claim to LLC "AP-1", have the opportunity to announce the inclusion of their claims in the register of requirements of creditors till 03 Dec 2017.

In fact, "AP-1" has suspended service of its long-distance routes in April 2017.
