As told Alexander Khloponin, by may 2018, completed the elaboration of the subprogram "Pure country", which will be reflected as funding and necessary measures for promotion and development of this industry. However, now there is a reasonable forecast that by 2030 In Russia the waste disposal rate will rise to 60%. Now this figure is at best 9%. According to the Vice-Prime Minister, now every year in our country produces 60 million tons of municipal solid wastes. The question touches every subject of the Russian Federation, and measures for its solution is in contact with each region and in cooperation with the Ministry of industry and trade.
I should add that in the next 3-4 years in the Moscow region and the Republic of Tatarstan is planned to build five incinerators (IGC). Their work will use Japanese technology for thermal processing of waste into energy. The project is the company AGK-1, which belongs to the subsidiary "Rosteh" — GK "RT-invest".
