This decision has opened the Russian information tools the Chinese market, in the future, this means high investment and income.

For China, the issue of information security is a separate item. The political leadership of China is interested to minimize the impact of potentially unpleasant effects of information and eliminate their influence on the citizens of the country. This primarily refers to the USA and Japan. The current level of relations between our countries allows the Chinese to see Russia much more positively in terms of information cooperation and collaboration.

As a result, in China, are confident that Russia will not be cultivated these negative trends, though due to the fact that Moscow is not interested in this and willing to make concessions in terms of regulation similar information policy. This is the reason that this problem was solved by Roskomnadzor.
