"Donor day" in Federal research and clinical centre of FMBA of Russia: give blood — save lives!

14 September 2018 from 9.00 to 12.00 in the conference hall of the scientific clinical center will share gratuitous blood donation. To participate in the "donor Day" everyone is welcome over 18 years.

On the day of donating blood, every candidate must pass the clinical analysis of blood group determination and RH-factor

That the procedure was successful, and the endocrine and immune system received a powerful impetus to the restoration and the generation of new blood is necessary to observe simple rules:

• the day "before" and "after" donating blood donors are encouraged to refrain from physical stress, more rest
• drink plenty (at least 2-2.5 l/day) fluid
• rational eating: cereal, pasta, vegetables, fruits, juices, fruit drinks, sweet tea
• eliminate alcohol (for three days), fatty, fried and spicy food, dairy products, eggs and chocolate (per day)
• to refrain from taking atsetilsalitsilovoj acids, etc. of medicines
• on the morning of the blood donation do not smoke and be sure to eat Breakfast.

Facts about donation

One litre of donated blood can save up to 6 lives of sick people.

Every year more than 1.5 million Russians need donor blood.

Restrictions for a fence of donor blood are:

• identified infection

• presence of malignant neoplasms

• diseases of the respiratory, cardiovascular and urogenital systems and kidneys

• weight less than 50 kg

• anemia (low hemoglobin)
