Less than two weeks left before the start of registration of candidates in mayors of Moscow

The Moscow city Duma introduced a bill of the resolution "On appointment of date of elections of the mayor of Moscow". Parliamentarians intend to consider it in the near future. Once the resolution is adopted, will start registration of candidates. Elections, according to the document, will be appointed on 9 September 2018.

Today know the names of 10 candidates who had previously announced their intention to participate in the elections. Among them, the representatives of the parties of the Communist party, the Communists of Russia, Green, Fair Russia, Yabloko and the Civic initiative. As independent candidates, in addition to acting mayor Sergei Sobyanin, plans to take part Natalia Dontsova, Anton Krasovsky, Georgy Fedorov and Ilya Yashin.

Some of the announced candidates have already managed to participate in the various primaries and debates, the results of which made certain conclusions, but those primaries, which included the popular vote, among other things, gave the candidates the opportunity to find out what percentage of the voters today are ready to support their candidacy in the upcoming elections.

For example, Natalia Dontsova, taking part in the "green" primaries, enlisted the support of about two thousand voters that percentage was about 5 % of the vote. All in voting have taken part more than 37 thousand people.

According to supporters of Natalia Dontsova, taking into account the above results and the fact that primaries were conducted, as they say, "a foreign field", she can count on a good result.

Natalie, despite the fact that "green" primaries were held to nominate a single "green" candidate, still intends to take part in Moscow mayoral elections as an independent candidate, she announced this in a telephone conversation with our correspondent.

- Given the fact that even at this stage, I voted about two thousand voters, I, no residues of the doubt, unless of course I manage to get through the municipal filter, respectively, to enlist the support of necessary number of deputies ready to take part in the election of mayor as independent candidate, - said Natalia Dontsova.

- With the upcoming election I'm ready, I have a program, with every day an increasing number of supporters, through my site are added, the volunteers are ready to help me. In short, people trust me, and I in turn will do my best to justify their trust, she added.

It should be noted that the official election shall be held before 10 June, and immediately after that, followed by the official nomination of candidates.
