May 19, 2018, the Institute will host the annual event by distributing free trees in the framework of the campaign "one Million trees in Moscow region". The campaign will be distributing 1,000 trees, including red cedars, as well as educational lessons on planting trees in the urban environment.
The action will take place in the Central Park of culture and rest in Dolgoprudny 19 may at 10:00-13:00.
In total, the organizers expect to receive for the shares of 800-1000 people. The same action will take place on this day and in Perm where will be giving away 5,000 trees to everyone.
Last year in Perm it was distributed more than 5,000 trees, and in total attended by about 7,000 people and Belgorod on 5 may 2018 residents of the city received 5,000 trees.
The organizer of the action is a Progressive eco-movement GreenBillion (Green billion), which originated in Perm 3 years ago, and this year came out at a national level and holds the same share in the Belgorod, Moscow, Perm, Crimea and Ulyanovsk.
Also in action will be attended by Igor Vladimirovich Rybakov is a Russian entrepreneur, a member of the list of the richest people in the world by Forbes magazine in 2018 with a fortune of 1.2 billion U.S. dollars, co-owner of TechnoNIKOL Corporation and co-founder of the Fishermen Fund.
This campaign will launch movements in 50 cities of Russia, which will be supported by the Fishermen Fund.
