The Prosecutor of the Tarasovskiy district in 2017 252 identified violations of labour legislation, 125 of them – in the sphere of labor protection and industrial injuries, 120 – payment labor, 7 – on employment. Employment contract with several workers designed improperly, and in violation of article 57 of the Labor Code in the employment contracts do not specify working conditions in the workplace, there are no signatures of workers at the copy of the contract stored at the employer of the receipt of the employment contract on his hands, which violated the requirements of part 1 of article 67 of the Labor code. In addition, in violation of section 9 of the order No. 1122н the Ministry of labour and social protection of the Russian Federation "On approval of standard regulations of free issue of jetting and (or) a neutralizing means and standard safety "Providing employees with jetting and (or) means of rendering harmless" of 17.12.2010, in the employee's employment contract is not specified the standard issue washing and (or) a neutralizing means corresponding to the working conditions at the workplace of the employee.
