The Prosecutor of the Tarasovskiy district pursuant to paragraph 10.1 of the order of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation dated 26.11.2007 No. 188 "On organization of Prosecutor's supervision over execution of laws on minors and youth" on an ongoing basis supervise the observance of legislation on prevention of neglect and offenses in the Commission on Affairs of minors and protection of their rights of administration of the Tarasovskiy district, connected with attraction to administrative responsibility of minors, their parents or other legal representatives.
On the basis of PP. 5 section 1 of article 11 of the Federal law dated 24.06.1999 № 120-FZ "About bases of prevention of neglect and offenses of minors" the Commission on Affairs of minors and protection of their rights within the limits of its competence, apply measures of influence in relation to minors, their parents or other legal representatives in cases and order stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation and the legislation of subjects of the Russian Federation about administrative offences.
In accordance with article 23.2 of the code of administrative offences of the Russian Federation to the Commission on Affairs of minors and protection of their rights to hear cases of administrative offences committed by minors and cases about the administrative offences provided by articles 5.35, 5.36, 6.10, 6.23, 20.22 of the administrative code.
So, in the past period of 2017 by the Commission on Affairs of minors and protection of their rights of administration of the Tarasovskiy district with the participation of representatives of the Prosecutor of the Tarasovskiy district considered 118 cases of administrative offences, including 13 – juvenile-105 – in the protection of minors. The total amount of administrative fines imposed on persons found guilty of having committed administrative offences, amounted to 39 650 rubles.
